I’ve know Garland Peed for many years as one of San Diego’s premier prosecutors. When I was Police Chief, he worked with my gang investigators to clean up big parts of the City of San Diego. Then, when I served as Sheriff, Garland worked hand-in-hand with my homicide detectives on cold homicides. He knows his way around a crime scene and knows his way around the courtroom and I’ve always been impressed with his compassion for crime victims. I am proud to support Garland Peed for judge.
